Bosch Rexroth DKC02.1-040-7-FW Digital Servo Drive

Product Description The DKC02.1-040-7-FW is a high-performance compact digital AC servo drive of the ECODRIVE 02 series by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It integrates control and power stages with internal blower cooling, delivering 40 A continuous and 120 A peak current (3× overload), and a 700 V DC bus for 380–480 V AC three-phase input. Designed for high-precision single-axis and multi-axis systems, it supports MKD, MSK, MHD series synchronous servo motors and linear motors.

Usage and Maintenance

Vertical installation; reserve ≥80 mm clearance top and bottom for heat dissipation

Separate power and signal cables; use shielded encoder cables with single-end grounding

Clean fan and dust filters every 3–6 months in dusty environments

Regularly check terminal tightness and heat dissipation channels

Load FWA firmware and set parameters via IndraWorks/DriveTop software

Avoid frequent power cycling; disconnect power during long-term shutdowns
