Core Functions

High-speed three-loop control realizes fast response and high positioning accuracy.

Dual feedback compatibility adapts to different types of servo motors and working environments.

Internal convection cooling structure fits compact cabinet layout without extra cooling devices.

Built-in comprehensive protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback signal loss.

Supports torque, speed and position control modes to meet diverse medium-load operation requirements.

Modular design simplifies routine maintenance and functional expansion.

Application Scenarios

Medium-load auxiliary axes and multi-axis linkage of CNC machine tools

Textile, printing and packaging machinery requiring high dynamic performance

Automated assembly lines, material handling and conveying equipment

DIAX03 system upgrade and renovation projects

Automation equipment with limited cabinet space and convection cooling design

Usage and Maintenance

Ensure unobstructed air circulation inside the cabinet for reliable heat dissipation.

Maintain ambient temperature below 45 °C to avoid performance reduction.

Complete all wiring of power, feedback, bus and control circuits before powering on.

Configure parameters and tune control loops via IndraWorks according to on-site operating conditions.

Clean heat dissipation components and air passages, and check terminal connections every six months.

Calibrate control loops and feedback signals once a year to keep long-term stable operation.
