Core Functions

Current, speed and position three-loop control delivers stable and precise motion performance.

Compact internal cooling structure suits narrow cabinet installation space.

Complete protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback signal loss.

Supports torque, speed and position control modes to meet diverse working demands.

Modular structure enables convenient maintenance and function expansion.

Application Scenarios

Low-power auxiliary axes of CNC machine tools

Light-duty textile, printing and packaging machinery

Small automated assembly lines and conveying equipment

DIAX02 system renovation projects requiring 15 A continuous current

General light-load automation equipment with limited cabinet space

Usage and Maintenance

Ensure smooth air circulation inside the cabinet to maintain heat dissipation effect.

Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C to avoid performance decline.

Complete wiring of power, feedback and control circuits before power-on operation.

Set operating parameters via IndraWorks according to matched motor and load conditions.

Clean heat dissipation components and air passages every six months, and check terminal connections regularly.

Calibrate control loops and feedback signals once a year to ensure long-term stable operation.
