Core Functions
Three-loop control of current, speed and position ensures reliable dynamic response under heavy operating loads.
DS45 SERCOS interface provides ultra-fast data transmission and strong anti-interference capability, ideal for complex multi-axis linkage systems.
Compact internal cooling structure fits installation in cabinets with limited space.
Modular design enables flexible function expansion and simple on-site maintenance.
Comprehensive protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback signal loss.
Supports torque, speed and position control modes to meet diverse high-power motion control demands.
Application Scenarios
High-precision heavy-duty CNC machine tools and sophisticated machining centers
Large-scale multi-axis automated production lines and heavy-load handling robots
Metal forging, stamping and other heavy processing equipment
Industrial automation systems demanding top-level bus communication stability
High-power servo system assembly and technical renovation projects
Usage and Maintenance
Install the drive vertically and ensure sufficient ventilation inside the cabinet.
Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C during operation.
Install the matching firmware module and complete all wiring work before commissioning. Configure operating parameters via IndraWorks software.
Clean internal fan and heat sink every 6 months, and inspect terminal connections regularly. Calibrate control loops every 2 years to maintain long-term operational stability.
