DS01 SERCOS bus enables fast data transmission and precise synchronization for multi-axis linkage.
Integrated firmware simplifies commissioning without extra firmware module purchase.
Compact cooling structure adapts to narrow cabinet space.
Modular design supports flexible expansion and convenient field maintenance.
Comprehensive protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback signal loss.
Supports torque, speed and position control modes for high-power motion control applications.
Application Scenarios
Heavy-duty CNC machine tools and precision machining centers
Large multi-axis automated production lines and handling robots
Metal processing, packaging and large textile machinery
Automation systems adopting SERCOS bus communication
High-power servo system assembly and equipment retrofitting projects
Usage and Maintenance
Install the drive vertically and ensure adequate ventilation inside the cabinet.
Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C during operation.
Complete wiring of DC bus, control power, motor cable, feedback cable and SERCOS bus before commissioning. Configure parameters via IndraWorks software.
Clean internal fan and heat sink every 6 months, and inspect terminal connections periodically. Calibrate control loops every 2 years to maintain stable operation.
