Core Functions
Three-loop control of current, speed and position guarantees steady dynamic response and reliable operation.
RL20 resolver interface features strong anti-vibration and anti-dust capability, with improved signal processing performance.
Integrated cooling design adapts to compact cabinet layout and saves installation space.
Modular structure allows flexible function expansion and easy field maintenance.
Comprehensive protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback loss.
Supports torque, speed and position control modes to meet various medium-power motion demands.
Application Scenarios
Medium-sized CNC machine tools in dusty and high-vibration workshops
Industrial machinery equipped with resolver-equipped servo motors
Woodworking, textile, conveying and general automation equipment
Equipment retrofitting and renovation projects for resolver systems
Medium-power motion control systems with strict environmental adaptability requirements
Usage and Maintenance
Install the drive vertically and ensure sufficient ventilation inside the cabinet.
Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C during operation.
Complete wiring of DC bus, control power, motor cable and resolver cable before commissioning. Configure parameters via IndraWorks software.
Clean internal fan and heat sink every 6 months, and inspect terminal connections periodically. Calibrate control loops every 2 years to maintain stable operation.
