General industrial machinery equipped with resolver-type servo motors
Woodworking, textile and conveying automation equipment
On-site equipment renovation and retrofit projects
Machinery requiring rapid maintenance and drive replacement
Usage and Maintenance
Install the drive vertically and ensure adequate ventilation inside the cabinet.
Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C during operation.
Install the firmware module correctly and complete wiring of DC bus, control power, motor cable and resolver cable before commissioning. Configure parameters via IndraWorks software.
Clean internal fan and heat sink every 6 months, and inspect terminal connections periodically. Calibrate control loops every 2 years to maintain stable operation.
Transfer the firmware module directly to a new unit for quick restoration during replacement.
