Standard SERCOS bus enables high-speed data transmission and accurate multi-axis synchronization.
Detachable firmware module supports quick replacement and fast parameter recovery during maintenance.
Built-in cooling structure fits compact cabinet layout and saves installation space.
Modular design supports flexible function expansion and convenient on-site maintenance.
Comprehensive protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback signal loss.
Supports torque, speed and position control modes to satisfy various medium-power motion demands.
Application Scenarios
Medium-sized CNC machine tools and processing equipment
Medium-load multi-axis synchronous production lines and handling robots
Printing, textile, packaging and general industrial automation machinery
Precision test benches and motion simulation devices
Automation equipment requiring rapid on-site replacement and debugging
Usage and Maintenance
Install the drive vertically and ensure sufficient ventilation inside the cabinet.
Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C during operation.
Install the firmware module correctly and complete wiring of DC bus, control power, motor cable, feedback cable and SERCOS bus before commissioning. Configure parameters via IndraWorks software.
Clean internal fan and heat sink every 6 months, and inspect terminal connections periodically. Calibrate control loops every 2 years to maintain stable operation.
Transfer the firmware module to a new unit directly for quick recovery when drive replacement is needed.
