Operation and Maintenance Instructions
Mount the module onto DIN rail and fasten the latch only after cutting off the power supply. Keep the module away from high-voltage equipment and frequency converters. Do not reverse power polarity during wiring. Install a 0.5 A fuse for each output channel. The shield layer of CS31 cable shall be grounded at one end only. After power-on, check the status of LED indicators, configure channel parameters with supporting software and test every input and output point one by one. Clean dust on terminals and check wiring tightness regularly. Avoid long-term operation in over-temperature, high-humidity and corrosive environments.
