Product Description This is a two-stage pilot-operated ServoJet® servo valve of MOOG D661 high-response series. It is equipped with integrated 24 VDC drive electronics and LVDT spool position feedback. It adopts ISO 4401-05 (NG10) mounting dimensions, and is engineered for medium-flow, high-precision closed-loop hydraulic control for dynamic industrial and test systems.

Usage & Maintenance

Mount the valve horizontally or vertically and keep away from intense vibration
Use qualified hydraulic oil and maintain fluid cleanliness above NAS 1638 Class 6
Supply 24 VDC power and connect control signal during commissioning, then complete zero adjustment and gain calibration according to 4-20 mA feedback signal
Check hydraulic fluid contamination regularly. Calibrate null position and gain every six months. Avoid long-term high-pressure standby without control command.
