Electrical-Coaxial Signal Conversion
Converts parallel internal electrical signals of NIM mainboard into differential coaxial signals for KLCN bus long-distance transmission; reversely converts remote coaxial KLCN signals back to electrical signals for LCN network data interaction.
Dual Redundant Bus Support
Supports A/B dual redundant KLCN coaxial channels, automatic seamless switchover when single cable fails, ensures uninterrupted communication between central control room operator stations and remote field NIM cabinets.
Isolation & Anti-Interference
Built-in signal isolation and TVS surge suppression circuits, suppress ground loop potential difference, ESD and industrial electromagnetic interference, avoid lightning and field surge damage to upper LCN network equipment.
Network Data Forwarding
Real-time transmission of operator station setpoints, alarm logs, historical trend data, controller parameter download instructions between multi-cabinet LCN nodes via KLCN extended bus.
Full Self-Diagnosis
Real-time monitor coaxial cable open circuit, short circuit, optical/coaxial link loss, communication error code count, internal power supply anomaly; fault alarms uploaded to system alarm management.
